The Lower Farm Park Development in Brightlingsea has gained planning approval to provide a new mixed use Tourism and Residential site following a protracted design and consultation. Following a partnership with landowners, Honace developed a vision and compiled and assessed a detailed EIA and application to develop the former quarry into a leisure park to include 104 bespoke lodges set around three ponds, a 36 unit retirement living complex and 5 farmstead styled houses. Careful design around ecological and landscape issues will ensure that these are nurtured and enhanced to the benefit of holiday makers, neighbours and the environment.
